As Division 1 is the division of the ABA Forum of Construction Law that focuses on construction litigation and dispute resolution, we are honored to have amongst our ranks numerous ADR professionals who serve the construction industry as arbitrators and mediators.
Since 2021, we have maintained a directory of our members who devote at least a portion of their practice to this sort of ADR work. The Directory is meant to serve as a resource for all of us who find ourselves in need of retaining such professionals from time to time.
We are proud to say that the Directory now includes the names of almost 90 professionals across 30 different states/territories along with additional details such as where they are located, the languages they speak, and the specific ADR services they provide. It is our hope that the Directory will be helpful to you and your practice.
